| I am trying to update my drivers. I have downloaded the mbd_via_4in1_4[1].51v.zip file. Extracted the files. If I click on via4in1.exe nothing happens except setup.exe disapeears.
If I reextract and click on setup.exe i get an error message that setup.exe files are missing or associated libraries.
All I did was change cases and I am getting memory dump errors. |

| I have noticed the same problem on my computer. I'm running Windows ME, Abit KA7-66 (VIA Chipset), Creative Soundblaster Live! Player 5.1 and so on.. Annoying! |

| installs fine, and seems to run fine EXCEPT i seem to get a popping type noise from time to time when listening to mp3s and using any CPU-intensive program.

windows 2000
creative sound blaster live!
sound blaster + windows 2000 + VIA chipset = trouble almost every time.. i think im going back to the 4.28 version. |

| The Via 4-in-1s are extremely important for your systems performance. Always use the latest revision, especially if you're using the new KT133a chipset ... large performance boost for me.
Note that 4.28 final are said to be the same as the leaked 4.28 beta release. |
