Description of Top Secret Messenger
Top Secret Messenger (TSM) is a powerful and secure public-key encryption add-on for instant messengers, such as America Online's popular ICQ program. It provides instant and easy access to 464-bit ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography) encryption, which is equivalent to at least a 3000-bit RSA encryption, right from instant messengers' message dialogs! The new version features significant speed and stability improvements, an improved plugin architecture, and full integration with all ICQ versions: ICQ 98, ICQ99a, ICQ99b, and ICQ 2000.
