Description of AffiliateHQ Meta Tag Wizard
Meta Tags are special HTML Tags that describe the contents of a web page. Search engines use Meta Tags to catalog and categorize the contents of a web page. If your website does not contain Meta Tags then it may not be indexed by search engines! And as you know, most all of your traffic will come from search engines.
Meta Tags tell search engines how you want to be listed in their directories. Without Meta Tags most search engines will just use the first 200 characters found on your website to describe it, this probably is not the description you want.
