Description of Star Downloader
Star Downloader is a download accelerator that can increase download speeds by up to 400 percent. Unlike similar applications, it is completely free. It does not contain any banner ads or spy-ware.

| The author continues to refine the program. This is one download manager that is quite useful. Downloads are very quick and it has well thought out features. Pretty much does what it claims to do. |

why 400%? why not 1000% or 2000%?!?!
that's pure BULL! you'll get 400% if you intentionaly d/l from some crappy site and then use this prgrm to d/l from bunch of good sites.
yet another usless download manager.
