Here's a free timer utility program that offers a novel and interesting way of presenting the current time on your Windows desktop. This is a freeware. It works with any PC with 32 bit Microsoft Windows including Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, XP and 2003.
It base on reminders of user setting and suggests appropriate times for recovery and micro-breaks.
It provides a range of stretching exercises designed to relieve muscular tension and improve static posture.
