| This package is great, but man is it expensive ($2,000 for unlimited users). You might want to check out argosoft mail server ($137 for unlimited users).
While JLP threw out typical linux-zealot \"if it runs on linux, it must be better,\" you are EXTREMELY unlikely to get POP3 + SMTP + IMAP + Webmail + Authentication working in less than 3 hours with *nix of FreeBSD. When the one-click windows solution is only $137 and includes support (something NO free, open source software does)... it\'s hard beat. |

| This package is very good. The only way to go better is using Linux and it's excellent native and open source mail tools. |

| I admit it, I used Microsoft Exchange...
I even downloaded a trial version of Imail..
I was wrong, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I now see the light. MDaemon is feature packed, solid, inexpensive... shoot, it's impressive. Unlimited mailing lists, content filtering that's outta this world, SMTP, POP, IMAP4 and LDAP support, and on and on and on. |
