Description of IP & Socket Monitor
WISM has two parts, Socket Monitor and IP Monitor. Socket Monitor records and displays socket API calls made by applications, with parameters and return value details. You can also control the behavior of some socket APIs, such as socket, connect, accept. IP Monitor records and displays the IP packets in, out or passing your computer. It helps to better understand what is behide socket APIs.
