Description of Remote Assistant v.
Remote Assistant software is designed to help you in providing your customers with better help & support over the Internet or LAN. Remote Assistant runs on background in your system tray minimized. When a remote user (customer) requests assistance using free Remote Host software (also available at www.retaildecision.com) Remote Assistant will notify you by displaying a message box. You will then be able to chat with the remote user, capture remote computer's screen, manipulate with the mouse and keyboard and tranfer files and clipboard content to and from the remote computer.
