Description of StingRay Client
Mac OS client application for StingRay FTS - FTP, HTTP & Email file transfer and more. The StingRay client application connects to the server and takes the file transfer process off the desktop. This application can connect to our shareware server for testing and evaluation purposes. Users wanting to evaluate the software please email info@hermstedtstingray for your own unique log on details with the Email Subject as 'Remote evaluation'. Hermstedt StingRay is a dedicated file transfer server usually installed at customers places of business to provide more flexible file transfer options.
The StingRay Client application is a valuable component of the overall file transfer solution. Cross platform for Mac and PC, it has been designed to help network users send files and folders quickly and simply using an intuitive Address Book. It also enables users to monitor all jobs sent or received via the Job List.

Preview files within Job List - supporting jpg, gif, pdf, tiff and more
Send files or folders of files - the hierarchy is maintained
View retrieved jobs and list of jobs that have been downloaded to the desktop
Full reporting of jobs sent and received for audit trail
