Description of CogeXP
Software contabile multiaziendale, adatto per elaborazioni contabili effettuate dallo studio per conto terzi o dalle aziende stesse che intendono gestire in proprio le attivita' amministrative/contabili. Tra le principali caratteristiche ricordiamo:
Piano dei conti standard su tre livelli (secondo la IV Dir. CEE) con modello del piano dei conti proposto, e modificabile.
Tabelle delle causali di registrazione prima nota precaricate ed associate in automatico al piano dei conti. Queste ultime permettono di semplificare e velocizzare le modalita' di immissione delle registrazioni contabili, con possibilita' di generare registrazioni automatiche concatenando le causali di registrazione (incassi, pagamenti ecc.).
Il programma di immissione di prima nota, tramite appositi tasti funzione, permette di accedere ai vari archivi e tabelle quali causali, codici IVA, clienti/fornitori e conti. Oltre alla consultazione si può procedere all'introduzione di nuovi elementi o agire per variazione degli esistenti.
E’ possibile ottenere sempre dall'input di prima nota report contabili quali saldi, mastrini, partite aperte.
L'aggiornamento degli archivi sia dell'area contabile, che IVA avviene in tempo reale, caratteristica che consente di ottenere qualsiasi situazione finale senza eseguire necessariamente elaborazioni o stampe particolari.
Il programma esegue automaticamente controlli contabili di congruenza e quadratura per la correttezza formale dei saldi derivanti dalla rilevazione delle operazioni.
I report contabili, ottenibili a video o su carta, contemplano il giornale di contabilita', la stampa di un brogliaccio di prima nota con verifica di eventuali registrazioni errate, la stampa del bilancio di verifica anche per periodi parziali, la stampa di partitari anche per periodi parziali. E' gestita la numerazione automatica dei fogli per le stampe "in bollato". Nuove funzionalità relative alla privacy.
